Go under 26 overpass and go 1.5 miles. Take a right into Moss Creek after 2nd light. You will see a BB&T on left and Cayce Water Plant on right. Less than 4 miles into downtown. HWY 321 circles thru Cayce from downtown. From the Coliseum or Blossom Street it then becomes KNOX ABBOTT Drive. You are close to it all.5 Bedrooms and is approximately a 2400 sq ft. home with 2 finished rooms over the garage. Downstairs has a formal dining room, living room, and full kitchen. The washer and dryer and entrance to the pool are off the kitchen. There are 2 sets of stairs - one to the main house and one to the 2 bedrooms over the garage. We have plenty of parking in a quiet cul de sac.For $495 a month you get - BEDROOM Furnished, Phone jack, A/C, Carpet, Closet, Cable with TV, Washer/Dryer, Patio, Cable, Dishwasher. Deposit is due at the application processing. Leases are negotiable and flexible. Deposit is Refunded at the end of lease and minimum during summer.We are all busy professionals or students...so I AM LOOKING FOR A quiet PROFESSIONAL or SERIOUS student.
